Key qualifications for the CFO position at the company include a minimum of 15 years' in finance leadership, with at least 5 years' in a Senior Leadership (VP/C-Suite) capacity, and an active Wisconsin CPA. The role requires a leader who is passionate about developing talent, building high-performing teams, and is adept at engaging with partners at all levels.
