Manufacturing Associate - $15/hr
A local candy manufacturer in Conroe, TX is seeking Manufacturing Associates to support daily candy production and packaging operations. This is a permanent position in a fast-paced, food-manufacturing environment. This role focuses on hands-on production. Interested candidates, please send updated resumes to:

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM -- 5:00 PM May require occasional overtime during peak production periods
Responsibilities: Operate candy production and packaging equipment
Assist with candy mixing, forming, and packaging
Load, unload, and monitor production machinery
Inspect products for quality and consistency
Package finished products according to company standards
Label, seal, and prepare products for shipment
Maintain a clean and sanitary work area
Follow all food safety, quality, and safety guidelines
Assist with raw material handling and staging
Perform basic equipment cleaning and upkeep
Support production team with daily workflow needs
Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred
Food Handlers Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
Previous manufacturing or food production experience preferred
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Basic computer skills (helpful but not required)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Ability to stand for long periods
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
