You'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing a diverse fleet of vehicles and specialized ranch equipment, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and implementing preventive maintenance programs. Additional duties include coordinating feed schedules, monitoring pasture conditions, assisting with breeding programs, and supporting seasonal operations such as branding, vaccinations, and market preparation. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated with an exceptional work ethic, capable of independent decision-making and problem-solving in challenging outdoor conditions. Physical demands include the ability to lift 75 pounds regularly and work extended hours during peak seasons. Fluency in Spanish is preferred for effective communication with our diverse workforce and regional partners.
