Vice President of Sales
to drive revenue, lead high-performing teams, and shape go-to-market strategy for a fast-scaling, product-led SaaS company. With a track record of innovation and customer-first solutions, this business has become a key player in legal tech across North America and internationally. As a key member of the executive team, you’ll oversee new business acquisition, customer growth, and retention. You’ll align the efforts of sales, account management, and partnerships to deliver exceptional customer journeys and month-on-month revenue growth. What you'll be responsible for:
Lead sales and revenue strategy across all segments and states
Drive new client acquisition and upsell/cross-sell programs
Manage a team of Sales Directors and VPs across new business, partnerships, and client retention
Oversee sales forecasting, reporting, and budget management
Partner with Marketing and Product to deliver scalable GTM campaigns
Present at conferences and deliver thought leadership sessions
About you:
10–15+ years in senior sales or commercial leadership, ideally in SaaS
Strong track record in revenue growth, team leadership, and strategic execution
Deep commercial acumen with CRM fluency (e.g., Salesforce)
Background in legal tech or services is advantageous
Able to travel for strategy sessions, conferences, and client meetings
