Data Analyst - Vendor Performance & Inventory Sandy Springs, GA (Hybrid) | Accessories & National Accounts We're looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Data Analyst to support a high-performing Accessories and National Accounts team. In this role, you'll help manage inventory, logistics insights, and vendor performance for parts and products that fall outside traditional parts logistics support. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys turning data into action-balancing analytics with real-world execution to ensure the right products are available at the right time, while improving vendor accountability and overall program performance. You'll play an essential role in maintaining optimal stock levels, supporting long-term planning, and delivering data-driven insights that improve efficiency, reduce waste, and strengthen supply chain decision-making. Inventory & Supply Planning • Monitor and support inventory levels to ensure they align with demand, service needs, and operational goals. • Develop forecasts to anticipate supply needs and proactively identify risks or opportunities. • Help ensure program success by supporting strategic planning and execution across inventory and vendor operations. Data Analysis & Reporting • Conduct deep-dive analysis on inventory, vendor performance, invoice activity, and supply chain trends. • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver timely, accurate reporting on supply chain performance and vendor accountability. Invoice deep-dive analyses • Prepare presentations, summaries, and reporting materials for leadership to support decision-making. • Communicate findings clearly to a wide range of stakeholders-from operational teams to leadership partners. Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field OR equivalent experience (typically 5+ years) in supply chain analysis, logistics, inventory planning, or vendor management. • Strong working knowledge of data tools and reporting functions such as: - Power BI - SQL - Ability to present data-driven insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences If you enjoy improving supply chain outcomes through forecasting, vendor performance analysis, and strategic inventory planning, this role offers both visibility and meaningful ownership. #
