Job Title: Data Management Analyst
Location: Hybrid
Schedule: 8-5 CST
Start Date: Mid-January
Position Overview:
The Data Management Analyst supports enterprise-wide master data processes, ensuring upstream and downstream alignment during the Oracle ERP transition. This includes coordinating stakeholders, executing updates, and validating system impacts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute full-cycle master data updates (A-Z)
- Coordinate meetings and stakeholder discussions
- Update systems and communicate downstream impacts
- Maintain data accuracy and governance across platforms
- Support Oracle migration data readiness activities
- Document processes and maintain audit trails
- Escalate issues as needed to leadership
Qualifications:
- Experience with enterprise data management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Oracle experience preferred
- Ability to manage cross-functional communication
