Title: Systems Services and Support Analyst Location: Merrimack, NH or Westlake, TX Duration: 12+ months Video Interview Shift: M-F; 8:00 - 5:00 This resource participates in a 24x7 on-call rotation and handles stakeholder escalations. The team is responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and support of file transmissions between WI and third parties and the systems that enable them. Fidelity Investments is looking for a qualified individual to assume a key role as Systems Services and Support Analyst within the Electronic Data Transmissions team (EDT) of the Production Services-SRE group. The EDT team is the primary entry point used by a wide variety of Fidelity clients to send financial and indicative data to the Workplace Investing (WI) division. The team is responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and support of file transmissions between WI and third parties and the systems that enable them. The responsibilities of this role include the analysis of incidents and abends, monitoring of the environment, and responding to user request tickets. Additional responsibilities and assignments are possible, depending on the experience, skills, and interests of the successful candidate. The Skills and Expertise You Have • 3-5 Years of working experience and solid understanding of FTP / SFTP / AS2/ NDM and other managed file transmission protocols • Experience with batch and data support activities using JCL, COBOL, DB2 and various mainframe technologies such as Control-M, TSO, ISPF, and SQL. • Experience with Python scripting and automation • Proven ability to script mainframe automation with REXX and other mainframe tools. • Prior application and batch operations and support experience that demonstrates analytical and problem-solving skills • Phenomenal customer service skills and customer satisfaction orientation • Strong oral and written communication skills • Availability to provide some off-hours /weekend on-call coverage as required.
