Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a full-time Manufacturing Technology Engineer. In this role, you will support the design and implementation of new technologies that facilitate the build of our products. As a Manufacturing Technology Engineer you will perform the following functions in support of Production Operations. • Research and analyze manufacturing issues, constraints, or cost drivers in current Lockheed Martin Aeronautics manufacturing processes. • Perform project management functions (budget and schedule management, status reporting, cost benefit analysis, etc.) for both government-funded and internally-funded Manufacturing Technology projects. • Provide technical status reporting and troubleshooting to Production Operations build areas for Manufacturing Technology's technical project portfolio. • Assignment area includes engineering and technical support for projects ranging from manufacturing process development and improvements to manufacturing equipment and system specification, procurement, integration and support. Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or related technical field - Project management experience - Experience working with advanced manufacturing concepts Project management experience - Experience working in a fast paced manufacturing environment - Experience with aeronautical manufacturing processes - CAD experience - Proficient with Microsoft Office Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
