We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Attorney to join our reputable personal injury law firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and possess excellent legal research, writing, and negotiation skills. The hire will work directly with the managing attorney, Larry Lazzara, and will receive advanced training in case management and litigation. This role offers an opportunity to work on impactful cases, collaborate with a dynamic legal team, and contribute to client success. The candidate MUST have a minimum of three (3) years of Arizona law experience, and must have experience managing a caseload.
*Duties*
* Manage a caseload of personal injury claims from inception through resolution, including trial preparation and settlement negotiations * Conduct comprehensive legal research using LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategies * Draft pleadings, motions, discovery documents, settlement agreements, and other legal correspondence with precision and clarity * Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes for clients * Advise clients on legal rights and options related to personal injury claims and other practice areas as needed * Collaborate with experts, witnesses, and medical professionals to build strong cases * Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with all legal procedures and deadlines * Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices affecting personal injury law and related fields
*Requirements*
* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction * Minimum of three (3) years of Arizona law experience * Must have experience managing a personal injury caseload * Proven experience in personal injury law * Strong research skills utilizing LexisNexis and Westlaw platforms * Excellent writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence * Demonstrated negotiation abilities to effectively advocate for clients’ interests * Legal drafting expertise combined with meticulous attention to detail * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment * Exceptional analytical skills coupled with the ability to interpret complex legal issues effectively

Pay: $100,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
