Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A speech-language pathologist (SLP) specializing in school-based teletherapy is needed for a full-semester contract at a high school in Howell, MI. This role involves servicing a caseload focused on telepractice, supporting students through virtual speech and language interventions aligned with educational goals. Responsibilities include: Delivering comprehensive speech therapy services via teletherapy platforms to students on caseload Developing individualized treatment plans based on student assessments and educational requirements Collaborating with teachers and school staff to support student communication goals Maintaining accurate records of therapy sessions, progress notes, and evaluations Adapting schedules and therapy approaches to meet the needs of students and the school environment Preferred qualifications: Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology Experience working as an SLP in educational settings, particularly high school environments Proficiency in teletherapy techniques and digital communication tools for speech services Strong organizational skills to manage a caseload of approximately 37 students Ability to adjust working hours between 8:30 AM and 2:30 PM, with flexibility based on therapy scheduling needs Location: Howell, Michigan This assignment provides an opportunity to impact the communication skills of high school students through innovative telepractice methods during the academic semester.
