Madonna Manor is seeking an experienced and energetic Director of Marketing & Admissions to help lead our senior living campus toward full occupancy while creating meaningful connections with residents, families, and community partners. This role blends strategic marketing, relationship-based sales, and team leadership in a compassionate, values-focused environment.
What You’ll Bring
Proven ability to lead marketing and admissions efforts to achieve occupancy goals Experience conducting personalized tours and follow-ups using a consultative sales approach (BILD experience preferred) Strong relationship-building skills with community partners and referral sources Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans Experience overseeing admissions processes for Independent Living and Assisted Living Leadership skills to mentor, train, and support a marketing team Comfort using CRM systems to track leads, referrals, and outcomes
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field 5+ years of sales and marketing experience in senior living or healthcare 5+ years of management experience leading a sales team Excellent communication and organizational skills
