Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients transitioning from intensive care to general medical units Monitor patient conditions closely and respond swiftly to changes Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans Administer medications and treatments accurately Educate patients and families about care plans and recovery processes Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with hospital policies Qualifications: Active RN license required at time of application Experience in stepdown or progressive care nursing preferred Ability to work a 7:00pm to 7:00am shift, with a guaranteed 36 hours per week Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Job Details: Contract position with a duration of approximately 13 weeks Immediate start availability This role offers a unique chance to enhance your skills in a supportive and challenging environment while living in Alaskas stunning Eagle River area.
