Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Technician to join our team, providing expert service and maintenance for HVAC systems across various properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, troubleshooting and the ability to interpret schematics and HVAC designs. This full-time role offers opportunities for growth within the field service industry. A valid driver's license is required to ensure timely travel between job sites.

Duties

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain air conditioning units and HVAC systems in residential and commercial.
• Read and interpret schematics, HVAC designs, and technical manuals to accurately diagnose issues.
• Use diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters to identify electrical faults and ensure proper equipment operation.
• Repair or replace mechanical equipment & components, including motors, compressors, valves, and other system parts.
• Perform welding and equipment repair as needed for system integrity and safety.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a service technician in HVAC/R or related fields such as construction, service and replacement.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in HVAC design and schematics,
• Hands-on experience with equipment repair, welding & operation
• Field service experience working on air conditioning units and other HVAC equipment.
• Ability to interpret technical schematics and electrical diagrams effectively.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record; driver certification is a plus.
• Additional skills such as mechanic experience, proficiency with ohmmeters, equipment repair tools, and understanding of property maintenance are highly desirable. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $32.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 55 per week
