About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Marketing to take on a pivotal, hands-on executive role. The successful candidate will be a full-stack, enterprise-grade marketing leader with a proven track record in driving measurable revenue and profit impact across high-growth B2B businesses. This role demands a professional with strong executive presence, board-level communication skills, and deep expertise in enterprise demand generation and ABM. The ideal candidate will have experience building and scaling marketing organizations, particularly in less mature environments, and will have a history of supporting up-market motions with $50K+ ACV customers. A significant aspect of the role is the ability to partner closely with CEOs and executive teams to influence growth strategy, pipeline creation, and long-term value.

Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Marketing include acting as a senior marketing leader, identifying and executing high-impact marketing opportunities, and establishing key performance indicators tied to various business metrics. The role also involves leading and evolving sophisticated enterprise demand generation and ABM motions, supporting up-market GTM strategies, and ensuring tight alignment between marketing strategy and revenue outcomes. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong background in demand generation and enterprise marketing, and a preference for those with an MBA and a proven track record of value creation. Personal attributes such as being confident, decisive, and a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-moving, high-expectation environments are also essential.
