Jackson-Feild Behavioral Health Services, a trauma-informed psychiatric residential treatment facility for adolescent girls and boys located 15 minutes north of Emporia, Virginia seeks experienced licensed Master's Level Therapist to provide therapy and case management services on an inpatient basis. Population served includes adolescent girls and boys with complex developmental trauma, co-occurring mental illness, and substance abuse issues. Position provides individual, group, and family therapy within a psychiatric residential setting.
Virginia LCSW/LPC license, required. Two years formal experience counseling adolescents is required.

*Responsibilities*
* Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans. * Provide behavioral therapy and mental health counseling, utilizing techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing. * Manage case documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate medical records. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and support for patients, including crisis intervention and family counseling. * Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring a focus on holistic patient care.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
