About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales and Business Development to take on a pivotal role in leading revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and go-to-market expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for new business acquisition, enterprise deal execution, and will have direct ownership of the revenue strategy and execution. This hands-on, builder role demands a senior leader with a proven track record in sales, particularly in the AdTech, email marketing, demand generation, or performance advertising sectors. The VP will be expected to establish and lead a high-performing sales organization, develop and nurture key business relationships, and define and execute a compelling go-to-market strategy.
The ideal candidate will have 10-15+ years of experience in sales leadership, a strong background in enterprise, consultative, and ROI-driven sales, and a deep understanding of digital advertising, performance metrics, and attribution. They should be adept at translating platform differentiation into compelling sales narratives, and be comfortable engaging with CMOs, Heads of Growth, and Agency Leadership. A player-coach mentality, entrepreneurial spirit, and a data-driven, analytical approach are essential.
