Qualifications and Experience Active Colorado RN license Certification requirements: ACLS, PALS, BLS, NRP Level III NICU experience is mandatory Proven pediatric critical care background, with NICU and PICU experience preferred Competency in airway and ventilator management (including G5, Servo, Avea, HFOV, Jet, V60/V30 devices) Ability to manage high-acuity patients in fast-paced environments Schedule/Hours Night shift commitment: 7 PM to 7 AM Responsibilities Provide expert nursing care to neonates and pediatric patients with critical respiratory conditions Operate and monitor advanced respiratory therapy equipment Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans Support emergency department interventions as needed Benefits Flexible scheduling options Opportunity to work with state-of-the-art technology Experience a supportive team with a high level of tenure and expertise Paid time off and healthcare benefits available through contract This contract assignment is ideal for RNs who excel in critical care pediatrics and thrive in a setting that combines advanced technology with compassionate patient care.
