10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Tuesday–Thursday:
6:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Friday:
6:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday:
7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday:
8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and engage patients to create a positive, supportive care experience
Accurately collect vitals and patient intake information
Provide patient education and reinforce after-care instructions
Complete documentation and required forms thoroughly and on time
Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to deliver high-quality, coordinated care
Qualifications
Active Wisconsin LPN license
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care

Pay Details:
$24.00 to $33.00 per hour
