Job Description Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift

Full-Time | Behavioral Health | Avondale, AZ 3x12s (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | $10K Sign-On Bonus | Outstanding Benefits We are actively hiring Night Shift Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a growing Behavioral Health and Substance Abuse team in Avondale, Arizona. This is a full-time, stable opportunity offering three 12-hour shifts, attractive shift differentials, optional overtime, and exceptional long-term growth potential. This facility provides comprehensive, individualized behavioral health and substance use treatment programs tailored to each patient’s age, diagnosis, and unique needs. Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

3x12 schedule with optional (not required) overtime

Competitive base pay plus generous shift differentials

Shift Differentials

10% – Weeknight nights (Monday–Thursday, 7 PM–7 AM)

15% – Weekend day shifts (Saturday–Sunday, 7 AM–7 PM)

30% – Weekend night shifts (Friday–Sunday, 7 PM–7 AM)

Qualifications

Active Arizona RN license or Compact license

Ability to work either 7 AM–7 PM or 7 PM–7 AM shifts

Behavioral Health or Substance Abuse experience preferred, not required

Strong assessment, communication, and patient advocacy skills

Pay Details:

$16.00 to $25.00 per hour
