Responsibilities Deliver professional nursing care to stepdown patients, ensuring safety and comfort Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to manage patient care plans Utilize EPIC electronic medical records for documentation and communication Float across local campuses as needed to meet patient care demands Participate in orientation sessions scheduled regularly throughout the year Qualifications Current RN licensure with stepdown care experience Proficiency with EPIC EMR systems Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic care environment Flexibility to float to different locations within the area Beneficial Details Night shift differential applies after 16 hours (NBO) Overtime and holiday pay at increased multipliers Call back and on-call compensation provided Charge and preceptor roles rewarded with additional pay Billable overtime hours allowed beyond standard weekly hours This contract role offers valuable exposure to diverse patient needs with a supportive team in Rock Island.
