four new ground-up data center projects in the Dallas/DFW area

and is looking to add experienced

Senior Project Managers

to their high-performing team.

Role Overview The Senior Project Manager will have full ownership of assigned data center projects from preconstruction through closeout, serving as the primary driver of execution, financial performance, and client relationships. xsgimln

Key Responsibilities Lead large-scale, mission-critical projects from award through final completion Act as the primary point of contact for owners, engineers, trade partners, and internal leadership Oversee project financials including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, change management, and billing Coordinate closely with field leadership to ensure schedule, quality, and safety objectives are met Manage contracts, subcontracts, and procurement strategy Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining strong client confidence Mentor and support Project Managers, Engineers, and project teams as the organization continues to grow

Qualifications 5+ years of project management experience within mechanical construction, mission-critical, or large-scale commercial environments Demonstrated experience delivering complex, ground-up projects, ideally data centers Strong command of project financials, contracts, and execution strategy Ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and operate confidently with owners and executive leadership
