Project Manager
with ground-up construction experience to join their team. This role focuses primarily on
ground-up retail projects , with additional exposure to industrial, healthcare, and K–12 work.

Responsibilities: Manage ground-up construction projects from start to finish Oversee budgets, schedules, and overall project execution Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams Maintain quality, safety, and strong client communication
Qualifications: 4+ years of construction experience Experience completing ground-up projects as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously xsgimln Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
