An opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse with specialized NICU experience to provide critical care in a pediatric intensive care setting. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Current nursing license to practice in Colorado Required certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS, NRP Level III NICU experience is mandatory Pediatric background required; experience in NICU and PICU highly preferred Proven skills in airway and ventilator management Critical care experience with neonates and pediatrics is essential Responsibilities: Deliver direct nursing care in a NICU/PICU environment, managing complex respiratory and critical care needs Monitor and operate advanced equipment including G5, Servo, Avea, HFOV, Jet, V60/V30 ventilators Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care Support emergency interventions as necessary in a fast-paced setting Ensure compliance with unit protocols and maintain detailed patient records using the Meditech EMR The facility is equipped with cutting-edge respiratory technology and staffed by an experienced team dedicated to high standards of pediatric critical care. The unit supports flexible scheduling options with 7 PM to 7 AM shifts available to fit diverse needs.
