Join Early Learning Ventures (ELV), a nonprofit organization passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children and families. We're looking for a highly organized, dependable, and self-motivated professional to partner with our Client Support Manager and deliver exceptional service to our clients. If you love working with people, solving problems, and have experience in banking, retail, food service, or call centers, this could be the perfect role for you! Customer Support & Communication:

Provide outstanding service via phone, email, and live chat; document interactions accurately in CRM. Technical Support & Troubleshooting:

Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases when needed. Training & Onboarding:

Process new contracts and conduct training sessions for successful onboarding. Team Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams to improve processes and enhance customer experience.

2-3 years of customer service experience (retail, hospitality, call center, etc.) ~ Comfortable working independently in a remote setting ~ Bilingual (English + Spanish) preferred
