Residential Remodeling Project Manager
to oversee distinctive, design-driven projects. If you have
4–7 years of residential project management experience
and take pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship and client service, we want to talk with you. About the Role
You will be responsible for managing multiple high-quality remodeling projects from permitting through final walkthrough, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to our exacting standards. You’ll work closely with homeowners, designers, subcontractors, and vendors to turn vision into reality while keeping projects running smoothly. Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate all phases of residential remodeling projects. Develop and manage schedules in

with daily progress updates. Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and material logistics. Conduct daily site visits for safety, quality, and cleanliness checks. Anticipate and resolve potential delays or budget issues. Review bids, manage change orders, and ensure cost control. Maintain proactive communication with clients, keeping them informed and confident throughout the process. Ensure all workmanship meets or exceeds company and industry standards. What We’re Looking For
4–7 years of residential remodeling or construction project management experience. Proven ability to read and interpret construction documents. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proficiency with construction management software JobTread preferred). Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
