Senior Litigation Attorney (Healthcare)

We are a personal injury law firm that specializes in motor vehicle accident cases that result in injury. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Personal Injury Lawyer to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oklahoma tort / personal injury law and be proficient in client relations, negotiating settlements, & litigating personal injury cases. It would be preferable if the candidate has worked on the defense side of personal injury litigation and has trial experience. Plaintiff litigation experience is a plus. ## Conduct legal research on various personal injury cases - Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, etc - Taking the lead and handle all stages of litigation - Manage case files and ensure all documents are organized and up-to-date - Draft correspondence and communicate with insurance companies on behalf of clients ## Proficiency in personal injury law / Oklahoma tort law and civil legal procedures - Strong writing skills for drafting legal documents - Ability to conduct thorough legal research - Experience working in a law office setting - Job Type: Full-time Health insurance Language: * Spanish (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: * Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Oklahoma City, OK 73103
