Founding Machine Learning Engineer , you’ll work across two high-impact systems: AI Video Editing & Virality Engine
Train AI agents to review long-form video content, extract the best highlight clips, and generate short-form videos (5s–10m) optimized for social media. Build models that learn
patterns behind viral content
and can
predict performance before publishing . Suggest creative improvements to boost engagement, retention, and shareability.
Text-to-Video/Photo Generation
Build and train generative models that let users
create high-quality images or videos from a text prompt , with
iterative refinement
to perfect the results. Develop pipelines for fine-tuning, prompt conditioning, and multi-step generation workflows.
This is a
founding-level, hands-on
engineering role — you’ll be shaping core architecture, deciding model approaches, and shipping features that creators and marketers will use every day. What You’ll Do
Design, implement, and deploy
state-of-the-art generative and multimodal AI models Develop AI agents
for video understanding, segmentation, and summarization Train & fine-tune
diffusion models, transformers, and multimodal architectures Create
virality prediction algorithms
based on platform-specific data patterns Optimize inference pipelines for
real-time and near-real-time performance Collaborate with design, product, and engineering to integrate AI outputs seamlessly into Aeone’s platform Help shape the
ML infrastructure and research culture
as an early team member What We’re Looking For
Master\'s with 3+ years of experience in
machine learning engineering
(industry, research, or advanced academic work), bachelors with 5+ yearsin
machine learning engineering , or Postdoc with published AI/ML papers Strong skills in
deep learning frameworks
(PyTorch or TensorFlow) Proven experience with
generative models
(Diffusion, GANs, Transformers) and/or
video understanding Solid grasp of
multimodal learning ,
prompt engineering , and
fine-tuning Experience building and deploying models into
production systems Comfortable working in
fast-paced, high-ownership
startup environments (Bonus) Prior work with
social media content analysis
or
engagement prediction (Bonus)
