Mid-Level Litigation Associate/Products/Mass Tort Duane Morris LLP has openings in the Philadelphia office for litigation associates to join its trial team. The ideal candidates will have at least 4-5 years of experience in products liability experience (toxic tort), medical device and/or mass tort defense. Candidates should have a strong, positive presence and advocacy ability who exudes and inspires confidence. Superior research and writing skills required along with entrepreneurial drive and initiative are preferred and experience managing discovery and taking depositions is required. PA/NJ Bar admission required.

The target annual pay range for this role in Philadelphia is $250,000-$280,000. Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience, skill‑set, current business needs and market factors. The compensation range listed is just one component of Duane Morris’s total comp package for employees, which, depending on the position, may also include discretionary bonuses and incentive packages, and firm’s-sponsored benefit programs.
