We are seeking a dynamic technology leader to build and inspire inclusive, high‑performing teams that foster curiosity and psychological safety. In this role, you will own end‑to‑end software delivery, drive operational excellence through DORA metrics, and shape technical direction across web, microservices, cloud platforms, and event‑driven architectures. You will champion responsible AI adoption by integrating tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and Amazon Q to accelerate development, testing, and deployment. Collaboration is key—you’ll partner with Product, Security, Architecture, Project Management, and Operations to deliver customer‑centric solutions. Additionally, you will define and evolve the technology roadmap, lead innovative initiatives, and promote continuous learning to influence outcomes within and beyond your team.

How You'll Spend Your Time

Lead and inspire: Build inclusive, high‑performing teams with a culture of curiosity and psychological safety.

Own delivery: Drive end‑to‑end software delivery, ensuring operational excellence and leveraging DORA metrics.

Shape technology: Set technical direction for web, microservices, cloud platforms, and event‑driven architectures.

Adopt AI responsibly: Integrate tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and Amazon Q to accelerate coding, testing, and deployment.

Collaborate: Partner with Product, Security, Architecture, Project Management, and Operations to deliver customer‑centric solutions.

Foster innovation: Promote continuous learning and operational excellence, influencing within the team and beyond.

Drive initiatives: Lead the design and implementation of software projects, collaborating across teams to achieve results.

Shape our roadmap: Define and evolve the technology roadmap to meet customer and business needs.

Education & Experience Requirements This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Management, or a related field and 7–10 years of directly related professional experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong written communication and a high bar for code quality and design are essential.

Experience & Tech Skills

Experience:

5+ years in software engineering; 2+ years leading teams delivering complex, distributed systems end‑to‑end.

Tech Skills:

Modern web frameworks (Angular, React); mobile frameworks (Swift, Kotlin); microservices (Java SpringBoot, .NET); cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP); CI/CD; event‑driven architecture (EDA); observability practices (New Relic, Datadog, Splunk, etc.).

Bonus:

Familiarity with AI‑assisted development and DevSecOps practices.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements Office – 20 lbs lifting.
