Job Description:

Our mortgage processing software company, wemlo, is seeking a leader in the mortgage brokerage industry to serve as our executive-in-charge at wemlo headquarters in the Boca Raton Florida area.

The wemlo VP of Operations will serve as a mortgage brokerage expert and represent our company in discussions with various stakeholders including customers, vendors, wholesale lenders, technology partners, and industry contacts. This individual will partner with technology and marketing departments to build, offer, and improve various revenue streams and solutions related to mortgage loan processing. You will be a leader of various groups and should be excited about growing high performance teams.

Serve as a core member of the wemlo Leadership Team which evaluates, sets, and executes our highest-level business strategies

Guide the Director of Operations and Loan Processing Managers in the execution and iterative improvement of the best loan processing services in mortgage

Lead the Director of Business Development in the consistent presentation of our value propositions, the mortgage services we provide, and the software that powers our operation

Partner with marketing teams to develop strategies to improve the company’s performance

Collaborate with technology teams to recommend and request software improvements, then manage the testing of solutions to ensure they’ve met your operational requirements

Oversee our companies’ back office operations including customer billing and ongoing reporting

Nurture strong relationships with your customers and industry partners

Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business development opportunities

Propose plans and budgets for new projects and revenue streams

Serve as a mortgage brokerage expert and represent our company in discussions with various growth stakeholders including vendors, wholesale lenders, technology partners, and industry contacts

Provide prompt, warm, and memorable service with high levels of professional integrity

Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field; or, 10+ years of relevant job experience

Preference will be given to candidate with national mortgage operations in their background

A Master’s degree is an advantage for this role

$167,000 - $184,000 + commission

Actual compensation offered to candidate will be finalized at offer and may be above or below the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location. The offer rate represents one component of the RE/MAX Holdings total compensation package. Employees will also receive a number of benefits as listed below. Other compensation for this position may include bonus eligibility.
