About the Role
Head of HR/Legal/Risk & Compliance Systems, Corporate Platforms, Mobility Division Grade Level: 14 Responsibilities and Impact
Work with People teams to support Workday and other HR applications across the Enterprise. Successfully exit the Benefits TSA with S&P Global Inc. within 12 months of its initiation. Support Legal and Risk & Compliance teams on Actimize, GECS, OneTrust and other applications. Successfully exit the Informatica TSA with S&P Global Inc. within 8 months of its initiation. Maintain systems with a dedicated team and collaborate with scrum teams on regulatory or transformational initiatives. Collaborate with CISO, infrastructure and audit teams to proactively mitigate technology and cyber risk. Utilize AI technology to drive efficiency and self‑service options across corporate platforms. Establish governance framework across HR, Risk & Compliance platforms to measure service effectiveness. Ensure operating costs are managed within established budget. Integrate senior stakeholder roadmaps into strategic planning. Implement robust testing and QA processes to minimize business disruption risk. What We’re Looking For
Basic Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business Administration. Minimum of 15 years of experience supporting applications, systems or platforms. Ability to convey complex risk topics to varied audiences. Track record in global environment with strong communication across teams. Experience building and supporting a globally dispersed team. Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills in high‑pressure environments. Additional Preferred Qualifications 15+ years previous experience in a large global organization leading a diverse international team. Master of Business Administration or equivalent degree. Compensation
Base salary range: $200,000 – $250,000. Eligible for annual incentive plan. Location
