Level 2 Network Engineer Technician

to join our team. Position Summary:

As a

Level 2 Network Engineer , you'll provide

remote and onsite support

to our clients in the Stamford, CT area. You'll act as an escalation point for Level 1 issues and handle more complex technical problems related to networks, systems, and software. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who is technically adept, eager to grow, and passionate about

cybersecurity, customer service, and AI innovation . Key Responsibilities:

Provide Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and networking issues Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Office 365 environments (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint) Support and maintain Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy Perform onsite visits for installations, troubleshooting, and project work Document work thoroughly in ticketing and knowledge base systems Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level engineers when appropriate Maintain a strong focus on cybersecurity best practices across all client environments Stay up to date with new technologies and participate in ongoing training and certifications Collaborate on AI-driven solutions

that enhance client operations and deliver measurable business outcomes Qualifications:

2+ years

of experience in a help desk or technical support role, preferably with an MSP Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 administration and support Strong knowledge of Active Directory and DNS Familiarity with remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools and ticketing systems Excellent communication and customer service skills Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Must have a valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and be located within commuting distance of Stamford, CT Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and a commitment to securing client environments Preferred: Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft 365 Certified Experience supporting Windows servers, firewalls, and backup solutions Experience or interest in AI technologies (Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, ML models) Why Join Us?
