$110K+ ✔ Top performers earn
$185K–$200K+ ✔ W-2 employee (not 1099) ✔ Average
2 appointments per day ✔ Only
2 Saturdays per month ✔ Company iPhone, laptop, and design sample kit ✔ Mileage, parking & toll reimbursement What You’ll Do
Meet clients in their homes for pre-scheduled consultations Listen to their needs and design custom solutions Measure, recommend, and close in a single visit Manage your leads while being supported by operations & installation teams Deliver a five-star customer experience from consult to install Compensation & Training
Transition to commission-based earnings with strong income stability Paid, in-person training in Denver (Feb 15–27, 2026) Monthly bonus opportunities based on customer reviews What We’re Looking For
