Position Summary: Join Leon Medical Centers as a Certified Surgical Technologist and play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality surgical care. You’ll help create a sterile, organized environment and assist surgeons throughout every stage of the procedure.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain the operating room and sterile field.
Position and drape patients for surgery with care.
Assist the surgical team with instruments, supplies, and medications.
Track instruments and maintain accurate documentation.
Communicate with anesthesia and recovery teams for smooth transitions.

Requirements:
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Surgical Technologist
Expertise in the theory and application of sterile and aseptic technique.
Knowledge of human anatomy and surgical procedures.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
