Lead Physical Therapist

JOB DESCRIPTION Insight Global is seeking an experienced Lead Physical Therapist to join Insight Comprehensive PT. This is a full-time position (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), overseeing a general patient population in a collaborative outpatient setting. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality physical therapy care to patients with diverse needs. Serve as the clinical lead, supervising and mentoring a team consisting of one additional PT and three PTAs. Develop and implement treatment plans while ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance standards. Coordinate patient care and workflow to maintain efficiency in a busy clinic environment. Foster a positive team culture and support professional development for staff.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Michigan Manager or Lead experience
