Base Pay Range $80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr
What We Offer
Highly competitive salary: $80,000–$100,000 (commensurate with experience)
Student Loan Repayment Program
Predictable schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Health stipend: $2,400 annually
In-house continuing education and specialty training

Position Overview Deliver exceptional outpatient physical therapy in a collaborative, patient‑centered environment. Work with a diverse adult and senior population while being supported with time, resources, and autonomy needed to provide excellent care.
Emphasis on outcomes, patient experience, and clinical excellence

Opportunity to grow into expanded responsibilities or leadership over time
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver evidence-based orthopedic, neurological, balance, and vestibular care (open to pelvic health)
Build strong therapeutic relationships with patients to maximize outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold clinical best practices
Collaborate with team members to support a positive clinic culture
Participate in ongoing learning and continuous improvement initiatives
Ideal Candidate
Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible) in the state of Florida
Passionate about patient-centered care and clinical excellence
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team
Motivated to grow professionally and expand clinical skills
Strong clinicians seeking long-term stability or growth opportunities are encouraged to apply
