Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Single Family Flooring/Cabinet Sales Representative located in Central Florida. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with homebuilders and developers, assisting clients in selecting flooring, cabinets, and other interior finish products that meet their specifications and budgets. The Sales Representative will also prepare and present proposals, manage client communications, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales and installation processes.
Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including the ability to clearly present ideas and effectively engage with clients and team members Experience in Case Management and account management to plan and execute sales processes effectively Ability to assess customer needs and offer knowledgeable solutions based on experience in Family Law, Family Medicine, or other applicable backgrounds Sales experience xsgimln in flooring, cabinetry, or construction materials is highly preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines and coordinate projects Proficiency in relevant software tools for sales and account management is a plus High degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently
