About the Role Our client is seeking a Vice President of Sales to own and execute the sales strategy while leading a high-performing sales organization. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, building and developing sales talent, and partnering closely with executive leadership to support long-term growth objectives.

The Vice President of Sales will represent our client with the highest level of professionalism, strategic thinking, and execution focus.

Responsibilities Own and execute the sales strategy aligned to company growth objectives Lead, hire, and develop a high-performing team of Sales and Account Representatives Oversee Sales and Marketing functions with clear accountability Drive revenue growth while balancing profitability Own lead generation, pipeline management, and forecasting with a data-driven approach Implement structured sales processes across activity, pipeline, and proposals Ensure full adoption of the sales technology stack Partner with executive leadership on growth strategy, referral programs, and go-to-market initiatives Oversee opportunity qualification and coordination with Estimating and Construction teams Represent our client with integrity and professionalism in all customer interactions

Requirements Bachelor’s degree required 10+ years leading high-performing xsgimln sales organizations Proven experience building and managing sales teams Strong track record managing complex sales opportunities, including deals up to $10M Data-driven mindset with experience owning pipeline and key metrics Experience partnering with executive leadership on growth strategy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution focused High integrity, positive attitude, and strong leadership presence
