Role Snapshot: Title: Construction Project Manager Location: Project-based | On-site (travel and relocation required during construction phase) Compensation: $110,000 – $180,000 base salary (Strong total compensation depending on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing: Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout with full ownership of P&L, schedule, contracts, and client relationships Work closely with on-site Superintendents to coordinate daily field operations, safety, and schedule performance Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors Manage Prime Contract administration including procurement, subcontract buyout, cost control, and change management Oversee RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and change orders Identify risks, schedule impacts, and cost exposures early and implement corrective actions Operate in a fast-paced, hands-on construction environment with direct visibility to executive leadership Projects are large-scale, technically complex, and often federally funded On-site leadership role throughout xsgimln the construction lifecycle

What They’re Looking For Experience managing commercial, infrastructure, or federal construction projects Background in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline Ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and interface directly with clients Comfort overseeing budgets, schedules, and project documentation Familiarity with construction management and scheduling software Exposure to federal government clients is helpful, not required Certifications such as PE, EIT, or PMP are a plus Open to travel and project-based relocation Strong learning, advancement, and leadership growth opportunities
