Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Springfield, VA for a Sales / Estimator / Project Manager. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, delivering excellent customer service, creating accurate project estimates, and overseeing project execution from start to finish. Project managing includes reviewing monthly cost analyses, meeting regularly with the superintendents and foremen and managing the overall client relationship. The role involves proactive communication with clients, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have experience in the industry and sales territory. xsgimln The sales territory will cover Northern Virginia, Maryland and Washington DC. Qualifications Proven experience in
sales, estimating, and/or project management
within the construction, waterproofing, or related commercial services industry Strong knowledge of the
Northern Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. sales territory Demonstrated ability to
identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities Experience preparing
accurate project estimates, proposals, and cost analyses Ability to
manage projects from inception through completion , ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule Skilled in coordinating with
superintendents, foremen, subcontractors, and internal teams
to ensure project success Excellent
client relationship management
abilities, including proactive communication and responsiveness Strong analytical skills with the ability to
review monthly job costs and financial performance Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to
manage multiple projects simultaneously High level of professionalism and commitment to delivering
excellent customer service Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout
Northern VA, MD, and DC Self-motivated, with strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills
