We’re looking for a
Construction Safety Coordinator
to help us keep our crews safe. In this field-focused role, you’ll promote safety, ensure OSHA compliance, and work closely with teams to maintain a safe and productive job site every day.

Responsibilities: Conduct regular job site visits to observe work, reinforce safe practices, and support training efforts Ensure safety standards and OSHA compliance are followed across all trades Build and maintain strong working relationships with employees, foremen, and management to address safety issues effectively and professionally Perform regular job site safety audits and deliver timely, consistent reports to the Safety Director Respond to incidents, complete reports, and collaborate with the Safety Director to prevent future accidents Serve on the safety committee, document concerns from crews and ensure proper actions are taken Attend safety seminars and trainings to stay updated on OSHA regulations Attend and run job-site meetings with employees and clients as needed to maintain compliance Promote workplace safety by educating crews on best practices and safe behaviors Drive on construction job sites as required Take pictures and jobsite notes effectively
Qualifications: Must be motivated and have a strong work ethic Minimum of 3 years of experience working in safety or construction field Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to teach others Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Maintains composure and professionalism in emergency situations Safe use of tools, machines and equipment used in the workplace Experience in helping develop and deliver training programs Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Must have a valid Driver’s License Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
