Position Overview The company is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support ongoing hard-bid commercial construction projects. This role is ideal for someone who already has project coordination experience and is ready to take on greater responsibility while working closely with Project Managers and Superintendents.

This position offers hands-on exposure to all phases of construction, direct mentorship from senior leadership, and a clear pathway into a full Project Manager role.

Key Responsibilities Assist Project Managers with preconstruction activities, estimating support, and subcontractor coordination Manage RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, schedules, and project documentation Support cost tracking, change orders, and budget updates Participate in jobsite meetings and collaborate closely with field leadership Review drawings, specifications, and construction documents for accuracy and scope clarity Support quality control, safety initiatives, and project closeout activities Develop technical, financial, and leadership skills to progress into a Project Manager role

Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field OR construction program certification plus 2+ years of experience OR 3+ years of relevant construction experience Demonstrated experience on at least one hard-bid commercial project Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills Desire for long-term growth within a General Contractor environment xsgimln

Ability to travel regionally for day trips and occasional overnight stays Compensation & Benefits Salary:

$80,000–$95,000, depending on experience Bonus eligibility included
