Healthcare Superintendent
to join their team. This role focuses on overseeing
healthcare construction projects , including renovations and ground-up work, within active and occupied environments.
Responsibilities: Oversee daily field operations on healthcare construction projects Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and site logistics Maintain project schedules and ensure quality and safety compliance Work closely with project managers, owners, and design teams Enforce healthcare-specific standards, infection control, and safety protocols
Qualifications: 3+ years of superintendent experience on commercial projects Prior healthcare construction experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of scheduling, xsgimln inspections, and field coordination Ability to manage projects in active or occupied healthcare facilities Excellent leadership and communication skills
