in the Miami area is seeking an experienced
Lead Superintendent
to oversee ground-up and interior commercial projects. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving field operations, maintaining schedules, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities Lead all on-site construction activities from preconstruction through project closeout Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel Maintain project schedules, site logistics, and daily reports Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards Conduct site meetings, inspections, and quality control reviews Collaborate closely with Project Managers and ownership to resolve issues proactively Ensure projects meet contractual specifications, budgets, and timelines
Required Experience 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a commercial GC
(required) Proven track record managing commercial construction projects (ground-up and/or large TI) Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, means and methods Ability to lead teams, xsgimln hold subcontractors accountable, and drive performance Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
