Seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee the full field execution of large, complex construction projects. This role owns jobsite safety, quality, schedule, subcontractor coordination, and day-to-day field leadership, working closely with project management and executive teams to deliver high-quality projects safely, on time, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

: Lead all job site operations, safety compliance, and field execution Enforce OSHA and site safety standards, lead inspections and incident response Drive QA/QC planning, mockups, inspections, and punch list completion Manage subcontractor performance, logistics, manpower, and coordination Oversee daily reports, field documentation, schedules, and look-ahead planning Maintain project schedules, identify delays, and communicate impacts proactively Manage site logistics, deliveries, housekeeping, and material flow Build strong relationships with owners, inspectors, architects, and trade partners Lead, mentor, and develop field staff and supervisory teams

Required Qualifications

: Extensive experience as a Lead or Senior Superintendent on complex construction projects Strong background in safety leadership, scheduling, and subcontractor management Proven ability to lead large field teams and multiple trades Experience with Procore, Viewpoint, and modern field technology preferred Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
