Position Overview The role is ideal for a growth‑mindset team player who is comfortable with BLS certification and holding (or pursuing) a Registered Dental Assistant license per Texas regulations. Key Responsibilities Assist the doctor and support the patient throughout each care encounter, helping patients move toward a state of well‑being. Prepare treatment rooms following procedure guidelines, perform sterilization and maintain a clean work environment per safety guidelines. Advocate for patients, helping them through fears, anxiety, and discomfort. Qualifications BLS certification. Registered Dental Assistant license in Texas or actively pursuing required licensure.
