Summary of the Opportunity:
Client Overview: Our client is a leading technology company in the identity and data management industry, focused on providing secure and convenient access to digital services while protecting personal and sensitive information.
Role Summary: As a Mid-Level Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing complex administrative support to all levels of management, including external business partners. Your role will involve managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, processing expenses, supporting team operations, and managing equipment and facility operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars and schedules for Senior Partner Director and team members
- Coordinate travel arrangements and process business expenses for team members
- Support team operations including headcount management, PCN updates, recruiting tracking, and requisition submissions
- Coordinate meetings and events, ensuring smooth operations
- Assist with department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations
- Procure goods and services, including computer equipment, office supplies, and reference materials
- Serve as the main point of contact for the department/group
- Provide general office support and complete special projects as assigned
What Experience Are We Looking For to Drive Success?
MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of experience as an administrative assistant
- College degree
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in space and equipment management
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience working with large corporate teams (300+)
