Data Analyst - Data Insights & Automation Analyst Location: Austin, TX Duration: 24Months+ Extension Hourly Rate: Depending on Experience (DOE) Work Authorization: Key Responsibilities: Analyze datasets and develop dashboards (Power BI). Build/maintain Power Automate flows connecting BI, SharePoint, Excel, and other systems. Implement approval workflows, notifications, and data‑capture processes. Troubleshoot flow failures, document solutions, and maintain flow reliability. Collaborate across teams to define data requirements and deliver solutions. Support data quality, governance, and report findings to stakeholders. Apply program management principles to manage tasks, timelines, and dependencies. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Data Analytics, CS, Statistics, or related field. 2+ years in data analysis, BI, or similar roles. Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, and Excel. Understanding of SharePoint lists, CSV/Excel handling, basic data modeling. Preferred: Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), Python/R, or tech/semiconductor industry.
