What to Expect Lead data-driven projects to improve the quality and governance of cross-reference data records
Identify necessary data and reporting tools, and perform business and data analysis for product managers and sales teams
Analyze data to provide insights into trends and performance anomalies
Develop and implement standard and ad hoc reporting to support continuous improvement initiatives
Monitor data accuracy and integrity, communicating issues to relevant personnel
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or at least 1 year of relevant data management work experience
Minimum of one year of experience in data management
Proven experience in analyzing and reporting data to identify trends and drive improvements
Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with cross-reference data management in a healthcare or medical supplies context
Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively
