What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Identify necessary data and reporting tools to perform business and data analysis, developing reports for product managers and sales
Understand the impact of cross-reference data changes within the employer's business systems and anticipate downstream consequences
Develop and analyze data to provide insights into trends and unusual performance
Organize, plan, and recommend analyses and reports for continuous improvement of processes and procedures
Monitor data accuracy, timeliness, and integrity in analysis and reporting, communicating issues to appropriate personnel
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree or at least 1 year of relevant data management work experience
Minimum one year of relevant work experience in data management
Experience with analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in a healthcare or medical supply industry
Familiarity with data governance and management best practices
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
